Apex Gold Wildlife Safaris offers a unique family hunting experience at our private hunting ranch and lodge. Our lodge is exclusively booked by one group at a time, ensuring privacy and personalized attention for your hunting adventure.

Booking Details

Deposit Requirement: All hunts, including donation hunts, require a nonrefundable $2000 deposit per hunter / per photographical group. Deposits go towards final invoice. If there is no balance due at the end of the trip, the deposit is refunded.
Flexible Rescheduling: Trips can be rescheduled once at the discretion of Apex Gold Wildlife Safaris management if a legitimate reason is provided, like family emergency or medical reason. If moved to the following year, the next year's price list will apply. No more changes will be allowed without forefeigting your deposit.
First-Come, First-Served: Hunting dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be secured with a deposit. We dont double book at all, thus your deposit secures your dates. Contact us for available dates

Current Price List: Donation packages adhere to the price list of the year the hunt takes place.
Validity: Donation packages are valid for the year purchased plus the following year.
Non-Combining Policy: Donation packages cannot be combined with any other package or outfitter. Packages can not be resold.
 

Payment Policies
Wounded Animals: Any wounded animals must be paid in full. The outfitter's decision is final in case of disputes.
Full Payment: All hunting packages must be paid in full no less than 21 days before arrival.
Final Invoices: Invoices must be settled before departing for tours (e.g., Kruger) or the airport.
Transaction Fees: Card payments incur a 4% transaction fee. Venmo payments made as goods or services incur a 2% fee.
Accepted Payment Methods: Apex Gold Wildlife Safaris accepts cash in US dollars (no old $100 bills, only new blue $100 bills excepted), Zelle, Venmo, credit cards and direct wires. Confirm limits with financial institutions beforehand

Permits and Trophy Storage
Animal Permits: Required permits for animals must be paid in full no less than 21 days before arrival.

Trophy Storage: Trophies left with the taxidermist for over 24 months without a deposit or arrangement will incur a $100/month storage fee. Ownership will be forfeited if no arrangements are made after 6 months of attempts to contact after placed in storage.
