Apex Gold Wildlife Safaris runs a family hunting ranch and lodge with the lodge being booked by one group exclusivley at a time.

All hunts (even donation hunts) are booked with a $2000 deposit per hunter.

Any and all deposits are nonrefundable. If a legitimate reason can be provided for a hunt to be moved, it can be done once off at the discretion of Apex Gold Wildlife Safaris management only. If the hunt moves to the following year, the following years price list will be used.

Dates work on first come first serve basis and can only be booked with deposits paid as agreed. Dates are available on our website.

All donation packages will work on the price list of the year the hunt takes place in and not when the hunt was purchased.

All donation packages are valid for the year the package was purchased in plus the next year.

No donation package can be combined with another package or with another outfitter. No exceptions will be made.

Any animals that are wounded has to be paid in full. In case of a disagreement the outfitter still has the last say and the decision will be final

All packages are to be paid in full to Apex Gold no less than 21 days off arrival in camp.

Final invoices of the hunt/tour are to be paid in full before leaving the camp to go to Kruger/tour or leaving for the airport.

All card transactions have a transaction fee of 4% added to your payment.

Apex Gold accepts cash in US $ (no old $100 bills can be accepted, Zelle, Venmo (paid as goods or service will have a 2% transaction fee) or credit card payments (4% transaction fee).

All permits that are required for animals are to be paid in full no less than 21 days prior to arrival in camp.

Any and all trophies that lie with our taxidermist for mor than 24 months without a deposit being paid for the work, or an arrangement made with our taxidermist, the trophies will be collected and a storage fee of $100 per month will be payable to store your trophies at Apex Gold. Apex Gold will then for the last and final time try to get arrangements from you for your trophies and if no arrangements can be made after months, you will forfeit the ownership of such mentioned trophies.

Apex Gold Wildlife Safaris is on private property and reserves the right of admission
